Winter Pride is an annual event in Queenstown New Zealand for the LGBT community. This year it was canceled a few days before it started because of a covid outbreak in New Zealand. The cancellation has generated a number of complaints from people who claim the event booking system is unfair and does not allow many customers to receive refunds.
