Watch: Ride the Eagle is funny and mysterious

The film tells the story of a guy called Leif who’s a bit of a loser. Though estranged from his mother at a young age, when she dies, she leaves him a mountain cabin on the condition he completes a series of tasks.

Press Play to watch my review:

This is a comedy/drama mix, and it certainly is very engaging. The film builds tension really well and has a central mystery that’s a bit spooky, but also very funny.

The cast works brilliantly together, and there is definite chemistry between Jake Johnson and D’Arcy Carden.

In these times of upheaval, it’s exactly the kind of movie to make you feel good.

So how did I score it?

Acting  8/10

Story/Script   8/10

Cinematography   8/10

Set/Costumes    8/10

Entertainment   8/10

That gives Respect an average of

Average   8 / 10
