WATERCOLOR EYES (single) – Lana Del Ray
It wasn’t long ago that Lana Del Ray released her studio album Blue Banisters. This track is on its own though and is featured on the HBO TV series Euphoria. A soundtrack album from the show is being released shortly and Watercolor Eyes is on it. I liked this track, it’s kind of dreamy and ethereal and certainly suits Del Ray’s voice.

GROWING UP (single) – The Linda Linda’s
Ok, so I didn’t really know much about his band. But they are an all-girl punk rock group from Los Angeles who released their first EP in 2020. Growing Up is the first single release from their upcoming album also called Growing Up. It’s pretty good, a good rock beat and sounds with some fab vocals. Definitely upbeat. Though if you look at the music video, they don’t look that ‘punk’ to me!

THE SACRIFICE / TAKE MY BREATH (singles) – The Weekend
These are two great dance tracks from The Weeknd. Simple lyrics and beat, but very satisfying to listen to. Of the two, Take My Breath would be my fav.
