Andrew Whiteside talks to director Paora Joseph about his new film Maui’s Hook. It tells the story families who have lost loved ones to suicide. The film is emotional and honest and offers a chance to have a real insight into one of the most taboo subjects in our society.
Maui’s Hook opens in the New Zealand International Film Festival on July 21st 2018 and then has limited openings in theatres around the country.
